General Donation Information for Facilities in Your Community
Please note that hospitals, nursing homes and long-term care facilities all have different needs and requirements. Some are only accepting donations of specific items and prefer factory-made, hospital-quality supplies that are still in the manufacturer's unopened original packaging. Others are grateful to obtain opened but sanitary supplies. some facilities accept home-made cloth masks, gowns, scrub caps or 3D printed Visors.
You should only drop off donated supplies after you have made prior arrangements with the hospital. Guidelines differ from hospital to hospital, so please check the facility's web page first. Hospitals and other entities are also accepting monetary and blood donations during this crisis, so if you do not have any medical items to donate, there is still a way for you to help.
COVID-19 is here. Let's face it together.
